We all have lessons we try to run from…here is a piece of just that.

You can fight me.You can hate me.
You can blame me.
 I promise you I’ll take it.
You can run away.You can kick and scream,You can push away everything.
Go ahead, I can take it.

You can keep yourself occupied.
You can throw yourself into ambition.
You can be successful, complete every mission.
Keep going, I can still take it.
You’ll eventually have to stop, breathe, go slow,You’ll eventually be in the company of what’s been buried below,You’ll eventually have to take it…if you ever want to make it,
But this…you already know.
